FAQ’s

Question: What will be the minimum booking amount?
Answer: Minimum booking amount will be 25,000 /- need to pay instant through payment gateway, bank transfer or net banking. 25% of the total land package to be paid in next 2 days & rest will be paid before one month of your travel.

Question: For air tickets shall we need to pay full amount?
Answer: Yes for air ticket you need to pay full & final payment. Once we receive the payment then we will proceed for the flight issuance.

Question: For every Booking 25% will be enough?
Answer: No, it will totally depend on hotel & supplier policy. In peak seasons some hotels may ask for 100% booking amount full in advance. So you can ask for that to our dedicated manager.

Question: Would you give us any receipt of the full balance amount?
Answer: Yes, we shall issue only 1 single Invoice after the full payment received. For the intermediary payments, kindly consider the e-mail acknowledgement as the confirmation of payment received.

Question: When should I get Invoice & Vouchers?
Answer: Once you pay the full & final payment after that it will take usually 3-4 working days. Some hotels issue vouchers one week prior to his travel so it may totally depend on hotel & supplier policy also.
